Session 1: 10 - 10:30 am ET with Jerry Swiatek "Intro to Gmail: Using It Efficiently in Your Classroom"  

You've likely heard of Gmail, and you may be using it in for personal, classroom, school, or district email, but are you using it to the fullest potential? Join Jerry Swiatek as he provides an introduction to Gmail. In addition to showing the basics of how to send and receive emails and attachments, he will provide suggestions for setting it up for your classroom. Jerry will also cover how to use helpful timesaving and organizational features such as sorts, searches, reminders, and Calendar integration.

Session 2: 11 - 11:30 am ET with Matt Bergman "Amazing Ways to Integrate Google Slides in Your Classroom"  

Are you tired of boring presentations from your students? Are your own presentations as engaging as you would like? Do you think Google Slides are only useful for presentations? Join Matt Bergman as he shares how Google Slides can be used to for so much more - implementing strategies, reinforcing or demonstrating learning, facilitating classroom interaction, and creating engaging presentations. Matt will provide of framework of strategies and resources that you and your students can employ so that you are using Slides more effectively.

Session 3: 12 - 12:30 pm ET with Deb Norton "A Tour of Google Arts & Culture for All Educators"  

Have you ever wished that you and your students could visit historical sites and museums around the world so that you could see the beauty of art, history, or science? With Google Arts & Culture, you and your students can experience the best examples of art and culture from around the world without ever leaving the classroom. Join Deb Norton as she explores how you can use this tool in your classroom. In addition to showing you how to navigate this easy-to-use format, she will share some examples of the amazing videos and visuals available and discuss how you might use them to enhance your students' learning.

Session 4: 1 - 1:30 pm ET with Sara Thomas "Google Docs: Project Ideas and Classroom Suggestions"  

Did you know that Google Docs was more powerful than a simple word processing tool? Docs can be used to share work, manage assignments, communicate information, create a variety of collaborative projects, and more. Join Google Certified Innovator Sarah Thomas as she examines features that will take Docs to the next level. In addition to sharing a number of ways in which you might use Docs, Sarah will share helpful features and suggestions that can make your job easier, such as voice typing, add-ons, and a trick to create shareable templates of your documents with other colleagues.
